A NYC resident for over six years, Richard presently lives in Brooklyn and loves sharing his experiences with others. With a 11 year background in acting, six years in producing, and both an engineer’s and entrepreneurial mindset, he brings great discipline, creativity, time management, and attention to detail to his acting/real estate practice. Richard is passionate about real estate and most importantly, about helping others.

He is very mindful of people’s time, wants and needs, and conducts business with an honest, respectful approach. Active listening, strong multitasking and an amazing work ethic also ensure that every client walks away completely satisfied. Originally from Boston, Richard attended Worcester Polytechnic Institute where he studied Biomedical Engineering. In his personal time he enjoys reading, running in Central Park, acting on stage, producing films, and going to baseball games at Yankee Stadium.
